- Spinach is a round-leafed green vegetable that loves full sun. It is popularly used in salads and stir fries because it's rich in calcium, protein, and iron. Harvest this fast-growing superfood when the leaves are about 4" long, or at 2" if you prefer baby spinach.
- We sell organically grown spinach, which is available in packs and flats. There are 6 spinach plants per pack in 1.5" x 2" cells. There are 8 packs in each flat for a total of 48 spinach plants per flat.
