- Beets, also known as beetroots, are root vegetables widely grown in vegetable gardens for their flesh and bright coloring alike.
- Rainbow beets are a mixture of five beet varieties and grow in colors outside of the typical burgundy: white, deep purple, and a yellowish orange. They can be baked, pickled, or sliced to eat raw.
- For best results, be sure to plant this in full sun! When watering, keep soil evenly moist but ensure that there is good drainage!
- Our organic Rainbow Beets are available in packs and flats. There are 6 plants per pack in 1.5" x 2" cells. There are 8 packs in each flat for a total of 48 plants per flat.
