Lysmachia ‘Creeping Jenny’
- Lysmachia 'Goldilocks', better known as Creeping Jenny, is a very popular trailing annual used in containers for texture and length. Its flowers are insignificant as it does not often bloom during the growing season in this part of the country. It does best in part sun conditions, as too much sun can scorch it. It performs reasonably well in shade containers as well.
- Creeping jenny will grow to 6-12" tall and trail to 12-24" long in a slightly mounded fashion. If ends become scraggly, you can trim back Creeping Jenny and fertilize it to encourage replacement growth.
