Eupatorium ‘Baby Joe’ (Joe-Pye Weed)

Scientific Name: Eutrochium (Eupatorium) dubium 'Baby Joe' Eupatorium 'Baby Joe' is a compact clumping perennial with a sturdy upright habit that blooms with flat topped heads of small, mauve-purple flowers in late summer. Pollinators like butterflies and bees are extremely attracted to these flowers which provide a nectar-rich resource when most perennials are done blooming at this time. This plant will thrive in full sun to partial shade!  When watering, keep the soil consistently moist and ensure that there is good drainage. Be careful not to let this plant go too long in between watering. Eupatorium 'Baby Joe' is deer resistant, beneficial to pollinators, low maintenance, and makes a great cut flower! In the garden this plant will reach a maturity of 2-3' tall and 1-2' wide. This plant or garden is available for pick up in our store or local delivery only.
