Scientific Name: Deschampsia cespitosa 'Northern Lights'
'Northern Lights' is a deeply variegated green and creamy white compact grass. Buff-colored flowers emerge in summer and foliage displays a rosy-pink hue when emerging in early spring and again as the weather cools.
Makes for an excellent small landscape accent, or plant en masse for a textural groundcover.
Make sure to keep this Deschampsia in full sun to partial shade for best results. Be careful not to let this plant go to long in between watering.
