- Cilantro, also known as Coriander, is a tender herb with small, green, jagged leaves on delicate stems, nearly identical to Parsley.
- Cilantro has a more powerful tangy flavor than Parsley, that pairs well with oils and grains, and is rich in fiber and antioxidants beneficial for digestion.
- Cilantro loves full sun and reaches its mature size of 24" tall and 15" wide in a few quick weeks. Harvest right away, cutting stems at full length, and freezing surplus for future use.
- PRO TIP: To enjoy all summer long, plant a new Cilantro plant once every 4 weeks. By the time you are harvesting one plant, the next will be ready.
