CURBSIDE PICK-UP ~ Pre-orders by phone or web, are recommended for all Custom Design Work. We have a convenient drive-up Curbside Pick-Up station at the end of our driveway. You may phone (203) 661-5600 from your vehicle, or wave down one of our friendly staff members and provide your name, and we will bring your order out to you! 

DELIVERY ~ Our trusted Delivery Service is, as always, available for SAME-DAY Delivery of most items. Take the worry out of shopping, and let us come to you! We are follwing protocols pursuant to CDC guidelines to ensure the health & safety of your families, & ours.

Same-Day Delivery is $10.  Premium Delivery charges may apply during holidays.
Rush Delivery is $20 for orders that need to arrive within 3 hours of ordering. Please call us at 203-661-6500 for availability.Connecticut DELIVERY TERRITORY: Stamford, Old Greenwich, Riverside, Cos Cob, Greenwich, Byram, & Glenville.
New York DELIVERY TERRITORY: Port Chester, Rye, Rye Brook, Purchase, Harrison, & West Harrison, Armonk, & Bedford.

Deliveries outside of our area will be designed by one of our trusted partners, and may vary based on availability.

SUBSTITUTION

We specialize in premium blooms. Unless requested, we do not use carnations, daisies or mums.

We strive to create stunning arrangements with the highest quality flowers. Occasionally substitutions may be necessary due to availability of certain flowers. Care is always taken to maintain style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement. In single-flower arrangements we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Occasionally we may need to substitute containers, based on availability.

Orders outside of our normal delivery area will be designed and delivered by one of our trusted partners. Designs may vary from the McArdle’s Signature items shown on our website.

GUARANTEE

McArdle’s fresh flowers are guaranteed to last at least one week, or we will replace them!
Please note the attached care instructions to ensure beautiful, long-lasting flowers.McArdle’s indoor green plants are guaranteed to last for at least one month.
Please note the care instructions for beautiful, happy and healthy plants.McArdle’s indoor blooming plants are guaranteed to bloom at least two weeks.McArdle’s shrubs and perennials planted in the ground are guaranteed for a year provided they are properly maintained. Because of the many variables involved, we cannot guarantee plants that are planted in outdoor containers.
